More than 280,000 passengers are expected to travel through Dublin Airport over the August Bank Holiday Weekend, a 2% increase over the same period last year, according to the Dublin Airport Authority.
In what is one of the busiest weekends of the year for the Irish travel industry, just over 2,200 flights will arrive and depart from Friday 29th July until Monday 1st August, including 100 charter flights that have been added to the normal schedule.
