Atlantis Dubai with Menus From AED 275, Featuring Michelin Starred & Celebrity Chef Dining

This summer, Atlantis Dubai invites diners to embark on a culinary adventure where bold flavours and timeless classics come together in specially crafted menus from AED 275 (~ EUR 63.44) that showcase each restaurant’s distinctive flair. Travellers can enjoy limited-time set menus across the resort’s celebrated dining venues and savour the very best of the season.

Hakkasan

The one Michelin-starred Hakkasan, helmed by Executive Chef Andy Toh and renowned for its traditional Cantonese cuisine with a contemporary flair, unveils a special summer set menu. The three-course menu features a curated selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes, beginning with a delicious dim sum platter, followed by Jasmine tea-smoked wagyu beef ribs.  For the main course, diners can enjoy spicy prawns, roasted truffle duck, stir-fried lotus root, asparagus, black pepper, and edamame egg fried rice. To conclude, a decadent selection of desserts offers the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

Ossiano

Dubai’s one Michelin-starred progressive fine dining restaurant, Ossiano, invites guests to experience its six-course, Summer of Discovery tasting menu priced at AED 750 per person.  Guests are welcomed with crafted canapés like Illusion of Oyster, Otoro Tuna Tartlet with Kristal Caviar, and King Crab. The tasting journey includes Primavera, a pea panna cotta with roasted nuts and greens, followed by Mojama—Spanish-inspired pan con tomate with heirloom tomatoes and chutoro tuna. Next is Cod Fish poached in kombu oil with lime caviar and sea grapes, and Langoustine on passionfruit jam with dried curry leaves.

For the main course, diners choose between citrusy John Dory à La Meunière or Moroccan-spiced Wagyu Beef grilled over binchotan charcoal. The meal ends with a chocolate and almond sponge cake served with ganache and milk chocolate mousse. To elevate the tasting menu, guests can also enjoy a curated wine pairing starting at AED 600, or a non-alcoholic pairing featuring house-crafted beverages for AED 250.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal 

The renowned one Michelin-starred restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, invites guests to savour a thoughtfully curated summer menu that showcases delicate, refined flavours, perfect for the warmer months. The three-course menu begins with a choice of Earl Grey Tea-Smoked Salmon (c.1730) or Rice and Saffron (c.1390). For the main course, diners can select either the Beef Royal (c.1821) or Roast Cauliflower with Truffle Sauce (c.1661). To round off the experience, enjoy the ever-popular Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Trolley (c.1901), a playful and indulgent finale. The experience includes a complimentary glass of fizz or a quintessentially British Pimm’s Cup.

This summer, guests can enjoy a Japanese Peruvian-inspired feast at Nobu Dubai. The renowned restaurant will be serving a five-course omakase menu which features salmon karashi su miso, a selection of sushi and rolls, canary seabass with spinach and jalapeño, and grilled wagyu ribeye, followed by Nobu’s famous cheesecake. Diners can sit in one of five dining areas, including the main dining room, an exclusive 13-seat sushi bar or a VIP booth with front-row seats to the bustling kitchen.

A celebration of the sea, Peruvian cuisine, and the spirit of life, La Mar by Gastón Acurio invites diners to experience Peru’s rich cultural and culinary heritage through a limited-edition summer menu featuring some of La Mar’s most beloved dishes, the menu offers a vibrant journey through the streets of Peru, perfect for a flavourful summer escape. Diners can look forward to flavour-packed dishes such as Taco Nikkei, Hokkaido scallops, stir-fried rice with seafood tortilla, mushrooms, and spring onions, as well as crispy potatoes with ‘bojita’ olive emulsion and Huancaína sauce. For dessert, the Torta de Chocolate is a real treat, made with Peruvian chocolate, lúcuma dulce de leche, and vanilla ice cream.

Ling Ling

This summer, guests can enjoy a three-course dinner menu that showcases Ling Ling’s bold, contemporary Asian flavours, paired with a glass of bubbles, a select cocktail, or a refreshing mocktail. For starters, diners can choose from a variety of dishes including miso-roasted eggplant, Szechuan chicken dumplings, shrimp tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, prawn toast, black pepper asparagus dumplings, or crispy BBQ duck bao buns. For the main course, diners can choose from an extensive selection including roasted sambal salmon, Kung Pao chicken, lamb shank rendang, grilled jumbo tiger prawns, crispy mapo tofu, chicken and shrimp mie goreng, or vegetarian mie goreng. Desserts range from mango pandan sticky rice to hazelnut chocolate moelleux and a refreshing fruit plate.

Atlantis, The Palm’s latest dining destination, Studio Frantzén, presents a special two-course dinner menu by acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén. Showcasing the chef’s critically acclaimed French-inspired cuisine infused with Asian flavours, the experience unfolds in a vibrant setting featuring an open kitchen and intimate dining spaces. The menu allows diners to choose a starter, main course, and side dish of their choice. From raw starters such as veal steak tartare and seabass ceviche to grilled tiger prawns and oysters, diners are spoilt for choice.
