American Airlines Thanks Trade with Christmas Lunch

Tom Lattig, Managing Director EMEA Sales, American Airlines, visited Dublin for the annual American Airlines Christmas lunch and to say a special ‘Thank You’ to the Irish trade and media at the Shelbourne Hotel. He was ably assisted by Caitriona Toner, Janine Brown, Fiona Noonan and Liz Conlon in hosting the lunch, which is now a great start to the Christmas season.

Tom Lattig told Irish Travel Trade News that plans for summer 2019 for Dallas, Fort Worth to Dublin were well advanced, with flights on a B787 Dreamliner due to start on 6th June and finishing on 28th September 2019.

The Dallas hub – one of nine – is HQ for American Airlines. Dallas has 900 flights per day and will offer 35 new westbound destinations to Irish travellers.

Summer 2019 schedules will include Philadelphia, Charlotte, Chicago and Dallas, while winter 2019 will continue with Philadelphia from Dublin and Shannon Airports.

American is the first US airline to introduce Premium Economy to its product offering and this has proved to be a great innovation for the travelling public. American Airlines was recently nominated at the Irish Travel Trade Awards in the Best Airline to North America category.
