Amadeus Launches World’s First Fully Online GDS Booking Platform

Amadeus has launched Selling Platform Connect, the world’s first fully online GDS booking and fulfilment platform in the UK and Ireland – and is celebrating the launch with a global competition to find the world’s most passionate travel consultant.

The competition will run from 24th February to 31st October 2016. In November, a jury will select three winners out of the top 10 most voted videos. The prize for these three travel consultants will be a professionally produced video promoting their business and the accolade of being the world’s most passionate travel agents. Selling Platform Connect has a number of key benefits including allowing real customisation and localisation capabilities to meet each business’s specific needs, both in the front and back office.
