As well as investing in agent incentives and consumer offers, RCI has made a long-standing commitment to backing the trade with significant investment in industry-leading training initiatives that engage agents through the cruising power (www.cruisingpower.ie) dedicated trade online resource. The brand’s characteristic innovation carries through to the fun it brings to interactive training sessions, webinars as well as face-to-face sessions, fam trips and other events.
