Starting from April and continuing till September 2023, Air France customers are in for a treat as Amandine Chaignot, a renowned French chef, collaborates with the airline for the first time. The talented chef has curated an assortment of new vegetarian dishes that will feature on the spring-summer menu in the Air France short- and medium-haul lounge, situated in terminal 2F at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
Amandine Chaignot has taken over from Chloé Charles to present a range of delectable culinary creations in collaboration with François Adamski, Servair Corporate Chef, Bocuse d’Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Together, the two chefs have developed nine new dishes that offer a combination of French tradition, thanks to the expertise of François Adamski, and a unique vegetarian range created by Amandine Chaignot.
Over the next six months, the new dishes will be unveiled gradually, enhancing the gourmet offerings available in the lounge that boasts a bistro-style menu that emphasizes responsible catering and French cuisine.
“I am very proud to be working with Air France, which I believe is the best ambassador of French culture in the world. For the airline’s customers, I have created several dishes with an emphasis on plant-based produce, which plays a major role in my cuisine,” said chef Amandine Chaignot.
