ABBA The Museum Opens in Stockholm

‘ABBA The Museum’, a permanent interactive exhibition of the famous foursome, has opened in Stockholm, in time for the Eurovision Song Contest.

The museum gives visitors the opportunity to interact and get close to the 1970s band by experiencing what it’s like to be the fifth member of ABBA through dancing on stage with other members, checking out how their famous costumes suit you or paying a visit to the Polar Studio. ABBA The Museum

The museum’s audio-guide features all four members of ABBA as each of them tell their own personal story of life in the band. The museum will no doubt prove popular this month as thousands of music fans descend on Stockholm for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Along with taking advantage of the interactive experience, visitors can browse through all things ABBA such as albums, memorabilia and gold records.

Another feature of the museum is ‘Benny’s piano’, which is hooked up to a piano in Benny’s home. Everytime Benny takes a seat and plays the piano in his home visitors at the museum can listen and enjoy.

Fans who enjoyed ABBA’s famous music videos can relax in the cinema and relive the classic sounds and scenes.

‘ABBA The Museum’ is a must-see for any ABBA fan and will be open daily from 10am to 8pm during high season.
