To celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday (1st July), WOW air is offering its Irish passengers flights from Dublin and Cork to Canada via Reykjavik for €150 one-way. The offer is valid from today (Thursday) on flights from Dublin Airport to Toronto and Montréal for travel in January and February 2018; and from Cork Airport to Toronto and Montréal for travel in October 2017.
Canada’s 150th birthday celebration falls on 1st July, Canada Day, which marks the enactment of the Constitution Act of 1867 that united the three separate colonies of Canada, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Ireland ranks 11th in the world for Canadian work permits and 27th for residency permits.
WOW air flies from Dublin via Reykjavik to Toronto and Montréal up to seven times weekly and from Cork via Reykjavik to Toronto and Montréal up to four times a week. The WOW Stopover option allows passengers to explore Iceland on either leg of their transatlantic journey for an unlimited time.

WOW air became the first airline to operate direct scheduled flights between Ireland and Iceland in June 2015. Flights connect passengers to 10 North America destinations via the Icelandic capital Reykjavik, including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Toronto, Montréal, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Pittsburgh, with a new Chicago route beginning on 13th July 2017.
