2023 Solheim Cup Set for Spain

The Solheim Cup, the most significant women’s golf competition in the world, will take place on the Costa del Sol from September 18 to September 24. The event gives visitors a unique opportunity to discover the destination, known as the Costa del Golf, and enjoy its hospitality and gastronomy. The women’s version of the Ryder Cup, recognised as the best golf destination in Europe by the IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators)

The Costa del Sol, which contains more than 70 golf courses, is the location in continental Europe with the biggest concentration of golf courses. This, combined with the region’s superb year-round temperature, has earned the Costa del Sol the moniker “Costa del Golf.” Golfers will discover a wide range of courses to practice their swings on as well as a selection of lodging options and top-notch services that allow them to take advantage of Malaga’s famed hospitality and delectable cuisine. The golf courses on the Costa del Sol have prior experience hosting prestigious events like the Ryder Cup or the World Golf Championships, among others.

The Solheim Cup, held every two years, has become the most prestigious team competition in the international golf calendar and is set to see tourists from all over the world come to the Spanish city of Malaga to soak up the atmosphere.
