
TUI Musement, the tours and activities division of TUI Group, has been awarded two prizes in the Best Travel Experience category at the Spain Talks Awards, organised by the Spanish Tourist Office in the Nordic countries.
The awards recognised TUI Musement’s innovation and sustainability focus in its Spanish portfolio.
The awards were presented during Spain Talks, held in Copenhagen, which brought together tour operators, airlines, destinations, media, and other key stakeholders from across the Nordic travel industry to explore trends and discuss the future of tourism. Alongside conferences and panel discussions, the event also hosted the Spain Talks Awards with two categories: Travel Reportage, aimed at media, and Travel Experience, recognising outstanding tours and activities.

In the Travel Experience category, TUI Musement was recognised for two of its National Geographic Day Tours in Spain:
- Nat Geo Day Tour: Unearth Guanche Mysteries with an Archaeologist (Gran Canaria): Awarded in Norway, this experience immerses travellers in the culture of the Guanches, guided by an archaeologist, with exclusive access to private archives and archaeological sites, complemented by traditional local cuisine.
- Nat Geo Day Tour: The Valley of the Oranges (Mallorca): Awarded in Sweden, this tour combines nature, science, and tradition through an exploration of the Sóller valley with a biology specialist. The programme includes visits to the botanical garden and seed bank, usually closed to the public, as well as a culinary demonstration and a tasting at a historic ice cream parlour.
The National Geographic Day Tours by TUI Musement are designed as immersive, enriching, and sustainable one-day guided experiences, developed with local experts to connect travellers with the cultural and natural heritage of each destination in a responsible way.
This recognition from the Spain Talks Awards demonstrates the role of TUI Musement in shaping innovative and sustainable travel experiences and highlights the company’s commitment to working closely with destinations to deliver distinctive products that meet growing demand for authenticity, responsibility, and cultural connection.
