The Dalata Hotel Group’s latest UK property has obtained a sustainability certification that places it in the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK for best practice when it comes to environmental performance with a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Dalata – already Ireland’s largest hotelier through its Clayton and Maldron brands – has been aggressively expanding its footprint in the UK in recent years and has begun inroads into Continental Europe, with openings in Germany and the Netherlands.
Dalata’s new 157-bedroom Maldron Hotel Shoreditch is the group’s 23rd UK hotel and 5th London-based property, across its two brands.
