Visit Tripadvisor and search ‘London’ under hotels and the top three 5-star hotels recommended are Hotel 41 in Belgravia, The Milestone Hotel in Kensington, and the Egerton House Hotel in Knightsbridge. In seventh and eleventh places are the 4-star hotels The Montague on The Gardens in Bloomsbury and The Chesterfield in Mayfair, respectively. These five hotels have more than one thing in common, the first being that they are all part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection.
