Swiss International Air Lines will introduce an Optional Payment Charge across all distribution channels for payments made with credit card, effective November 2011. Customers will continue to have the option of selecting alternative forms of payment for which no charge applies.
From this month, Swiss is providing a new range of amenity kits for its First and Business Class passengers.
