Sunway Holidays is currently recruiting a full-time or part-time Groups Consultant – “a vibrant individual with excellent travel knowledge / background. Applicants should send their CVs to [email protected] 
The successful candidate will:
- Create proposals for imaginative, award-winning incentive travel programmes through sourcing partners and destinations, DMCs, event production companies, and onsite manage the travel experience from start to finish
- Present suggested itineraries to clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ creating, planning and delivering innovative and profitable group travel programmes
- Unyielding integrity and commitment, an innate sense of urgency, and a strong appetite for accomplishment, results, quality and profitability
- Independent thinking, curiousity, uncanny attention to detail, strong negotiating skills, and excellent communication skills
- Adaptability in style, balance of artistry, quality, profitability, and a passion for delivering programmes as promised
- Openness to presenting and accepting new ideas and information, and transferring knowledge (to clients and internal team members)
- Ability to collaborate with team members and departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel / Powerpoint
- Ability to present to and deal with group leaders
