Royal Caribbean Hosts Iconic Night at Dublin’s Ivy Restaurant

The team at Royal Caribbean hosted a business update in style last night at Dublin’s Ivy Restaurant where the team of Stuart Byron, Director of Sales UK, Ireland and Spain, Jennifer Callister Head of Sales Ireland, Michelle Ryan, Sales Development Manager and John Booty, Key Account Manager, hosted an impressive evening of facts, figures and in true Royal spirit – fun.

Stuart led the evenings presentation reflecting on Key 2022 Successes in Europe including

– 8 ships in Europe
– Wonder of the Seas launch in Barcelona
– reduced deluxe drinks
– Odyssey of the Seas arrived in Europe
– incredible load factor of 💯 on certain dates
– Full return to service
– charter flight from Belfast City Airport
– 3 new home ports of Haifa, Limassol and Ravenna

Jennifer continued with updates on 2023 sailings and her personal experience on a cruise in Alaska and how she believes there is huge potential for Ireland in selling this incredible destination to families.

Michelle spoke of her own personal holidays onboard Royal Caribbean and delivered a passionate presentation on ICON of the Seas which is on sale since the 25th of October and will begin sailing from Miami in 2024, visiting Perfect Day at Coco Cay on every itinerary.

Icon promises Iconic Thrills, with brand new features including Surfside a stay all day family neighbourhood. Category 6, the largest water park at sea and Crown’s Edge a fear inducing challenge that looks like it was cooked up by the team at I’m a Celebrity, Get me out of here!

She also promises Iconic Chills, with the largest swim up bar at sea – aptly named swim and tonic. The hideaway pool which is floating mid air eight stories up and cloud 17 which is a new adult onlypool deck overlooking the ocean.

And it wouldn’t be RCI if it didn’t offer some of the most innovative entertainment at sea with the Aquadome, where athletes will pull off superhuman stunts while you dine in style. And of course Absolute Zero, Royals biggest ice arena.

With 179 Suites in the dedicated Suite Class neighbourhood, 1815 balcony cabins, and even more options for larger families onboard than ever before, there’s a stateroom to suit everyone.

Don’t forget – for the remainder of November you can still avail of kids places and low deposits from just €99, savings of up to €260 and the Deluxe Drinks package (now bookable on Airwaves!) from just €50pp per day.
