Pre-Drinks and Everyone is in their Glad Rags at Travel Centres Conference. It wouldn’t be a Travel Centres Conference without absolute glitz and glamour combined with a theme. This year is no exception with the Great Gatsby as inspiration for some fantastic outfits.
I have a suit bag stashed on top of my wardrobe with questionable fashion items I haven’t discarded. This year a pair of white shoes (bought back when The Strokes came on the scene) have been resurrected for my outfit.
If you’re too young to know who The Strokes are, check out some “classic rock” because they were great.
Again, I ramble but given Dominic’s equal passion for music, I’ll be forgiven. This passion gives rise to a tradition of exceptional live music and tonight we will be treated to the Bentley Boys and Cary Posavitz.

In addition, as an encouragement to delegates to dress up and get into ‘character’, Star Alliance will be awarding two magnificent hampers for the ‘best-dressed male’ and ‘best-dressed female’ and both awards will be presented by the Star Alliance chair for Ireland, Martina Coogan of United Airlines.
