On the Beach Signs with Travelport

UK online travel agency On the Beach has signed its first-ever GDS partnership with Travelport, to drive new hotel, car and flight content. On the Beach carries more than 900,000 passengers every year on its tailored holiday itineraries.

“Travelport’s uAPI technology allows us to tap into new flight and hotel content to build on our traditional beach travel product, and significantly grow our scheduled air offerings,” said Andy Tilby-Baxter, Head of Supply at On the Beach. “It opens up a whole new area for us to grow, and provides our customers with even more options to create exciting travel experiences.”
