Brian McCarthy has joined David O’Hagan of Donabate Travel as Sales Director of their new venture, Island Escapes. Other members of the team are Shane Coburn and Milana Maliaukaite.
Operating under Donabate Travel’s travel agency licence number 0697, Island Escapes currently offers Dubai, Madagascar, the Maldives, and Mozambique, as well as combination holidays and honeymoon packages. Brian told ITTN: “Our website, www.islandescapes.ie, is mobile and tablet friendly and is packed with video, imagery and map content. Our focus is on mid- to high-end markets offering products and destinations ‘away from the norm’, while working closely with the travel trade. “We will be introducing some fantastic new products to the Irish travel market over the coming months – so watch this space!”
