Hertz plans to redesign its top 50 US airport locations, representing 70% of US airport travellers. Currently, Hertz has completed renovations at its locations in Frankfurt, San Diego, Shanghai, London and Melbourne.

“Hertz strives to achieve the highest level of satisfaction and efficiency, both at our locations and in our vehicles while travelling,” said Mark Frissora, Hertz Chairman and Chief Executive. “Our team is always listening to our customers and working to surpass their needs and expectations, offering a top notch fleet of cars with superior technology such as NeverLost, which is why we are continuing to expand across the globe.”

The facility makeovers take into consideration road trip staples, tools and services, including on-site technology tools (recharge stations), on-site business tools (FedEx) and on-site retail stations.

Throughout this year, Hertz plans to continue transformations of current locations.
