From Plane to Hotel Room, How the Strict New Quarantine Rules Will Work

The government’s strict new quarantine rules will come into effect next month and will mean mandatory 14-day hotel confinement for all arrivals – including Irish citizens – from 20 ‘high-risk’ countries, and big fines or even prison for anyone who doesn’t obey.
