Falcon Holidays Recruiting for Dublin-based Staff

As a consequence of its decision to relocate back office functions, including its Trade Support Team, from Belfast to Dublin, Falcon Holidays is now recruiting for Dublin-based staff, initially for experienced Holiday Advisors and Yield Assistants with the possibility of further vacancies to follow.

Helen Caron, Director of Ireland, said: “We have had a strong year to date and our sales for Summer 2013 are also performing very well so this is an excellent opportunity for potential candidates to join an established company with the strength in depth that comes from being part of TUI Travel, one the world’s leading leisure travel companies.

“In addition to very competitive salaries, we also offer a fantastic list of benefits ranging from company pension scheme, generous annual leave allowance and excellent travel discounts and late deals.

“We will be holding assessment centres for these exciting opportunities later in October.

“As a business we are committed to offering a full programme of holidays from Ireland through our Falcon and Thomson brands, and to expanding our exclusive and differentiated products including Sensatori, Holiday Village and Splashworld, which are proving increasingly popular.

“The relocation of our back office functions from Belfast to Dublin will enable us to continue to efficiently service the needs of our customers and remain competitive in the marketplace.

“We have offered relocation to our 25 Belfast-based colleagues and, while we hope that as many as possible can make the move, we appreciate that for some this may not be practical and we will be really sorry to lose their experience and expertise.

“As part of the move, we are now recruiting for Dublin-based staff across a number of business areas. We have had a strong year to date and our sales for summer 2013 are also performing very well, so this is an opportunity for potential candidates to join a strong company with the strength in depth that comes from being part of one the world’s leading leisure travel companies.

“We would like to reassure all of our partners in the trade, who are extremely important to our business, that during the relocation there will be no impact on the excellent service provided to them by the Trade Help Desk, which will continue as usual.”
