Emirates recognized for excellence in digital customer experience

 Emirates have been recognized with an award for excellence in digital customer experience.

The “Best Use of a Customer Data Platform” award was presented to Emirates for utilising third-party platform Boxever to improve customer relationships.

Boxever is a personalization platform for airlines and travel operators to gather and analyse customer data in real-time. Airlines use the platform to customize how they sell flights and other travel services to their customers.

Boutros Boutros, Divisional Senior Vice President at Emirates Group, said ”Emirates is honoured to be recognized with an award in digital customer experience. The world of service marketing has advanced at top speed over the past few years.
