Colman Burke of Club Travel and Conal Ronayne of Travelport are trying to raise €2,000 for the Temple Street Cycle4Life fundraiser. The cycle, which takes place on Saturday 4th May 2013, will see them attempt the advanced route of 143km.
They both took place in last year’s cycle and, as a result of all your support, a total of €126,884 was raised for Temple Street Hospital. That money was spent on a variety of equipment for the ICU department and also St Gabriel’s Neurosurgery Department.
Colman said: “We have been in training since Christmas and it has been tough in the cold and the sleet, but it’s a great cause and we really appreciate any donation whatsoever.”
