Chris Logan New Head at Falcon/Thomson

Falcon and Thomson Holidays, part of TUI Group, today announced that Chris Logan has been appointed as the new Head of Ireland.Head of Ireland Chris Logan

 

Chris, currently Head of Property and Portfolio Change and part of the customer operations management team for TUI UK & Ireland, will be responsible for leading the Falcon and Thomson business in Ireland when the current Head of Ireland, Carol Anne O’Neill, leaves at the end of January.

Andrew Flintham, Commercial Director, said: “We have transformed our Irish business over recent years and it continues to go from strength to strength, entering 2015 in a strong position. I am confident that the wealth of experience and skills that Chris brings with him, such as driving innovation through the use of technology, will enable us to continue to grow and drive our Falcon and Thomson business forward, delivering excellent performance and service to our customers.”

“I am delighted to be appointed as Head of Ireland for Falcon and Thomson,” said Chris. “I look forward to working with the Irish management team and the rest of the business to ensure its continued success into the future.”

Chris joined TUI UK & Ireland in 2009, having spent the first part of his career as a management consultant with Accenture. He then moved into operations in 2010 as General Manager for Groups and Weddings, where he developed and delivered a new strategic focus driving operational and process changes, growing this part of the business significantly.

Chris’s most recent role has been in the Customer Operations division as Head of Property and Portfolio Change where he has played a key role in the retail management team, responsible for TUI UK & Ireland’s large property portfolio.
