BookaBed has a job vacancy for a Product Assistant. Reporting in to the Product Manager, the key purpose of the job will be to initiate and facilitate growth of directly contracted product, as well as maximising current suppliers, ie mapping up-to-date offers, promoted accordingly.
Principal Responsibilities:
Relationships
Mapping/deduping – ensure the company has the maximum inventory from all suppliers correctly mapped and featured on sites
Price Comparisons – analyse market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor promotions, flight pricing, availability that will directly affect the success of different campaigns
Contract Loading – load contracts in a timely manner; precision is very important
Newsletters – formulate and communicate offers in a timely manner
Compile and communicate special offers to team and agents
Benchmarking of offers against the market to assess suitability for sale
Other:
Ensuring the loading of exclusive offers to agent accounts are viewable online
Production and communication of statistical reports to monitor campaign effectiveness
Weekly review of direct contracts to ensure all live on websites with attractive images and descriptions showing
Compile weekly inhouse specials for the company’s IRL and UK database
