The Commission for Aviation Regulation has been notified by the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport that an establishment date of 27th August 2012 had been decided for the Appeal Panel on Aviation Terminal Services Charges. The Panel will have up to three months to decide whether to refer matters back to the Commission.
