Airlines Warn EU that Ticket Prices will Rise due to Green Taxes

Holidaymakers will face more expensive flights as a result of the EU’s latest climate drive.

Airlines say a move to raise taxes on high-carbon fuels and set targets for cleaner energy sources will push up costs and lead to higher consumer prices.
