AirAsia has abolished the RM10 counter check-in fees for all international flights. The airline has also reduced the processing fee for credit card usage from RM8 to RM5 per guest per sector. Guests who have pre-paid counter check-in fees for their international flights from 21st September up to 21st December 2011 may opt for a refund in the form of credit shell through a customer care e-form. Domestic counter check-in fees remain the same.
