New routes from Dublin to Hanover and Pula will start from April, joining recently announced new services to San Francisco and Toronto. The new service to Hanover brings to seven the number of German cities served by Aer Lingus. The city of Pula is situated on the Istrian peninsula of Croatia. The ancient city of Pula will appeal to lovers of culture with its diversity of attractions and to families with its long stretches of coastline and crystal clear sea and beaches.

Customers in the mid-West will enjoy ease of access to the Costa del Sol with a new twice-weekly service to Malaga from Shannon Airport. Aer Lingus will increase frequencies on transatlantic routes from Shannon to New York and Boston, almost doubling the schedule and operating year-round.

Flights from Cork to London Heathrow will increase from four to five return flights daily on weekdays. There will also be additional frequency increases across a range of destinations from Dublin including Copenhagen, Corfu, Lanzarote, Lyons, Munich and Paris.

Stephen Kavanagh, Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Our 2014 summer schedule brings new destinations and increased frequencies to a great mix of city break and summer sun options. Travelling for business or pleasure, enjoy our great value fares, convenient schedules and award winning service. We look forward to welcoming you onboard.”
