Staycity Group is set to open its first aparthotel property in the North, with a new nine-storey property in Belfast city centre.
The Dublin-based company operates properties in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe (Italy, France and Germany). Its first in Belfast will cover a 46,000 sq ft site on Belfast’s Wellington Place and will feature one-bedroom and studio apartments as well as a gym, reception, restaurant, bar and shop.
“We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of this prime site in the heart of Belfast,” Staycity Group’s UK Development Director, Simon Walford said.
“The property will operate under our popular Staycity Aparthotels brand, featuring 98 studio and one-bedroom apartments that combine the convenience of hotel services with the flexibility of apartment living.”
