Sligo Park Hotel is delighted to announce that General Assistant Stephen Lawlor has been named Employee of the Month for January.
The award recognises employees who show commitment to excellence in customer service and who support colleagues by taking initiative, presenting to work each day and being punctual.
As General Assistant, Stephen is responsible for managing deliveries to the Sligo Park, maintaining the keg room and beverage stocks, and ensuring the outdoor areas remain clean and clear.
Stephen joined the Sligo Park Hotel team in September 2023 having previously worked in a variety of roles across the hospitality industry in Ireland and the UK. A native of Fulham in West London, he now lives in Dromahair, Co. Leitrim, after moving to the county to join his mother during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Employee of the Month is new initiative from Sligo Park Hotel designed to reward employees for outstanding performance. At the end of the year, an Employee of the Year will be selected from the final list of 12 employees of the month.
