Sligo Park Hotel has appointed Taylor Pugsley as its new Wedding and Events Co-ordinator.
Ms Pugsley joined the team earlier this year after departing her role as wedding co-ordinator at Castle Dargan Hotel.
In November, she crowned her success at Castle Dargan by winning Wedding Coordinator of the Year for Connacht at the 2025 Hotel Awards.
The 28-year-old grew up in the United States where she studied general hospitality at Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, the world’s top-rated school for hospitality and hotel management.
She moved to Ireland with her parents in 2020, first joining the team at Kilronan Castle as Banquet Supervisor and, following that, Duty Manager. She would later be recruited by Castle Dargan Hotel as wedding coordinator.
A resident of Co. Leitrim, Taylor describes her approach to wedding coordination as one that’s detail-oriented and ensures that couples feel heard.
