ITIC Data: 549,100 Inbound Visitors in April, Spending €567m; UK and US Tourists to the Fore

The month of April saw 549,100 international tourist visitors in Ireland, spending a combined €567m while here, new monthly figures from the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) show.

The biggest volume market was Britain with 210,800 visitors while the biggest value market were North Americans who spent €208m during the month.

ITIC’s Dashboard is published in association with AIB and uses a variety of data sources including the CSO.
