The Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands brand is to be extended into Co Fermanagh from next year as part of a £300,000 marketing campaign aimed at boosting visitor numbers to the northern county.
The Irish News has reported, however, that the hope of having the Wild Atlantic Way brand extend into the North remains unlikely, saying Fáilte Ireland has no plans for it to be used outside of the Republic and wants to keep the Causeway Coastal Route brand in the North.
