Danny O’Gorman, General Manager at Freenow by Lyft Ireland, said: “It’s been a very busy few days for our driver partners between Ireland’s big rugby game at home and St Patrick’s Day celebrations. Over the last few days we saw strong supply and an increase in active drivers, demonstrating how our drivers stepped up to the challenge and got hundreds of tourists and locals where they needed to be.

“On average, the wait time for a Freenow taxi is just 10 seconds for ride acceptance and 3.4 minutes for driver arrival. This reflects the hard work of driver partners who are dedicated to providing prompt and reliable service for passengers across the country.”
