Fáilte Ireland has been ranked among the top 10 most reputable organisations in Ireland.
Furthermore, the National Tourism Development Agency was the only travel and tourism-related business to make the top 10 in this year’s annual RepTrak list, compiled by communications agency The Reputations Agency.
Fáilte Ireland scored 77.1 out of 100 in the survey, which surveys 5,500 members of the public about how they feel about 100 of Ireland’s best-known organisations and businesses.
The general Credit Union movement took top spot in the rankings, for the second year in a row – with a score of 84.2 – while RTÉ plummeted to 99th place; only beaten off the bottom spot by X (formerly Twitter).
Niamh Boyle, CEO of The Reputations Agency, said: “Over the last 15 years we’ve learned a good deal about the power of reputation and how to harness this for client transformation and growth, grounded in world class measurement and strategy.”
