Dublin’s Morrison Hotel Put up for Sale with €90m Asking Price

Dublin’s Morrison Hotel is up for sale, on the market for an asking price of €90m.

The boutique hotel originally opened during the Celtic Tiger boom, in 1999, and changed hands in 2023 when it became part of Hilton’s Curio Collection and was upgraded to a 5-star hotel.

It has been brought to market by CBRE as a 157-bedroom/suite hotel. It currently features 145 bedrooms, but is adding 12 new rooms, largely through the conversion of its Printworks conference venue in its ground floor.

CBRE said: “The Morrison is one of Dublin’s most consistently high performing hotels and following recent significant investment represents an exceptional opportunity to acquire a long-established, highly profitable gem of a business which has further upside potential.”
