Despite arguments to the contrary, on a local basis, Dublin has been ranked amongst the top global cities in terms of connectivity and accessibility for tourists.
Research by ground transportation specialist Mozio has revealed Dublin as being in the top 15 cities for tourists – based on key metrics like airport, estimated transfer time, public transport time to city centre, public transport frequency and average 3-star hotel prices.
Dublin ranked 13th on the list. Dubai was the best scoring city; followed by Florence, Prague, Malaga and Vienna.
However, Dublin still outranked the likes of Munich, Barcelona, Naples and Dubrovnik.
