The Hilton Hotel Group is to debut its DoubleTree by Hilton brand in Northern Ireland, with an opening in Derry city centre.
The hotel will be managed by Focus Hotels and will be part of a franchise agreement with the longstanding owners of the City Hotel in Derry.
Set to open in 2025 following an extensive refurbishment, the 158-room hotel will feature a bar and restaurant, ballroom, seven meeting rooms, onsite parking and a wellness club
with swimming pool, making it the ideal base for business and leisure travellers.
