The fifth property opened under the ‘The Address Collective’ six venue brand, Sligo’s newest luxury hotel has been unveiled as The Address Sligo, formerly Sligo City Hotel, complete with a wellness spa and destination restaurant called North.

Speaking at the opening of The Address Sligo, Brian and Ciara McGettigan said: “This commitment and significant capital investment in Sligo demonstrates our appetite to grow the Address Collective Brand. The location lends itself to a truly boutique hotel and we look forward to welcoming guests to The Address Sligo.”

Ciara McGettigan said: “Each of The Address Collective’s hotels lovingly reflect the city they belong to, and we were excited to work with so many incredible Irish designers and makers to bring The Address Sligo to life.”

“From colour palettes inspired by the Wild Atlantic landscape to bespoke furniture and tailoring, this new hotel will offer the highest standard of modern, luxury stays whilst paying homage to the classical listed building to seamlessly blend old with the new.

“We can’t wait to welcome our first guests to the hotel and show them exactly why The Address Collective is so renowned for our hospitality and superior stays.”

Prices for a room at The Address Sligo – which has 61 rooms – will start from €139 per night.
