Leinster Rugby and JWT Travel Renew Travel Partnership

Leinster Rugby and JWT Travel have renewed and extended their existing travel partnership.

The news will see JWT remain as Leinster’s official travel partner for the upcoming 2023/24 season in both the BKT United Rugby Championship (URC) and the Champions Cup.

JWT is Irish-owned and was established over 60 years ago to provide bespoke travel and sports packages and has been a partner with Leinster Rugby since 2011.

As part of the partnership JWT will continue to offer bespoke travel packages to Leinster Rugby supporters looking to follow the boys in blue across the UK, Europe and of course, South Africa.

Packages include flights with the team, match tickets and staying at the same hotel as the team and offers a unique perspective to supporters, both young and old, as to the weekend and match day preparations for Leo Cullen’s team.

Speaking to leinsterrugby.ie, Eamon de Búrca, Commercial and Partnerships Manager with Leinster Ruby said: “Cormac, Martin and all the team in JWT have been a key part of some of the great Leinster Rugby experiences for many years now and it’s brilliant that we have agreed a new deal with JWT.

“Working with trusted and valued partners, that know our supporters and know the rugby landscape inside and out, is a key consideration for us and JWT certainly fit that bill. With a new season only around the corner it is great to agree a new contract and we look forward to seeing plenty of supporters over in Scotstoun in Glasgow in only four weeks’ time.”

Cormac Walsh, founder and Managing Director of JWT Sports said: “At JWT, we are both delighted and proud to be chosen once again as official travel partner for Leinster Rugby.

“We have plenty of great rugby tours coming up, including the Champions Cup, our popular travel with the team trips to URC games and an exciting tour of South Africa in April. We are really looking forward to the season ahead and welcoming supporters onto our tours.”
