Click&Go Seeking Team Member to Join The Holiday Support Team  

The Holiday Support team at Click&Go, is looking for a team member.  

As the primary contact for our customers before travel and on holiday we operate at a high level of customer service, and we are proud of our 5-Star rating on Trustpilot. The role involves handling all queries on existing bookings and is very hands on with both customers and suppliers.

The person we are looking for is:

  • Enthusiastic with a growth mindset, we love to develop our team members skills
  • Polite with a positive attitude to work and customers
  • You are calm under pressure, with an eye for detail
  • Team player able to prioritise your workload.
  • Professional with a commercial awareness
  • Fluent in English with a friendly written and verbal communication style

Essential Skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent all-round computer skills, familiar and comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
  • Travel Industry experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time position initially office based with the option to work hybrid once fully trained.
