Travel Suppliers Network Hosts Roadshows Around the Country

Over the last number of weeks, The Travel Suppliers Network has hosted their Roadshows in Limerick, Athlone, Waterford, Cork, Dundalk and Derry. The Suppliers come together to update the trade on their brands and of course there’s lots of fun and prizes along the way.

I attended the Dundalk event and really enjoyed Danny Giles from Ponant’s version of Runaround, Alex from Etihad and Craig Donnelly from Accident and General hiding the one4all voucher. Craig has also mentioned the attendance at this years events has been the biggest to date.

JMG Cruises and Royal Caribbean were the ‘New Kids on the Block’ this year joining the Travel Suppliers Network. Tom Maher, trade sales support manager for JMG Cruise said he’s ‘delighted to join Craig and our fellow suppliers on the TSN tour’ JMG offer exclusive sailings direct from Ireland and a brand new product Ambassador Cruise Line.

TSN suppliers include Sunway, Nebo Tours, Accident and General, Royal Caribbean, Ponant, JMG Cruises, Stuba, Etihad, Breakaway and Stena Line.

Following the success of the TSN competition last year, Tony Flynn from Nebo Tours has another fantastic prize of a trip to Jordan, all the agents who attended the roadshows will go into the draw. As well as a whole heap of prizes at the events, Stena Line have given away a free ferry at every roadshow and Sunway Holidays are giving away a holiday to Cyprus which will be announced after the roadshows. These draws will be done at the end of the TSN roadshow season.

Recently I joined the AWTE Ireland committee and I am enjoying working with and connecting with the network of women in travel.
