Riviera Travel is stepping up its game for 2025 by enhancing sales commissions and launching significant long-haul enhancements to its award-winning Travel Concierge service, solidifying its position as the easiest and friendliest team in the travel industry.

We’ve worked diligently to implement these improvements in time for Peaks, making bookings easier than ever. Ensuring our hardworking agents have the simplest booking process possible is a top priority for us.”
Riviera’s Travel’s Long Haul personalised concierge service is designed to offer travellers and agents dedicated support and expert advice, ensuring every aspect of their journey is seamless and stress-free. Riviera Travel will be introducing Long Haul Travel Concierge from Monday 13th January 2025.
This will offer a range of services including alternative flights, upgrades and alternative airports to enhance bookability from regional destinations. Customers can also enjoy pre and post-night stays with no cap on the number of nights, as long as they are within the same destination at the start and end of the holiday.
For all products, Riviera provide a door-to-door UK taxi transfers and UK regional rail options, which are bookable three months prior to departure. For river cruises, Riviera Travel offers alternative flights, including upgrades and flights from alternative airports, as well as alternative Eurostar/TGV rail travel.
They also provide pre and post-night stays with no cap on the number of nights, overseas transfers, and internal flights for extensions, such as from Porto to Lisbon or Budapest to Vienna. These services ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey for all travellers but will greatly simplify the process of booking passengers from regional airports.
