Irish Travel Trade News is pleased to announce nine sponsors for the 21st anniversary Irish Travel Trade Awards and the three finalists for the 2012 Irish Travel Industry Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The awards presentations will take place at the forthcoming Irish Travel Industry Christmas Party at the Burlington Hotel, Dublin 2, on Friday 30th Novembr 2012. 
In addition to Emirates as Headline Sponsor, the black tie event will also be sponsored by BookaBed, Dubai Tourism, Dublin Airport Authority, Hertz, Ribera Del Duero, Rueda, Tourism Malaysia, and United Airlines.
The three finalists for the Irish Travel Industry Entrepreneur of the Year Award, as selected by the judging panel of Catherine Grennell-Whyte, Association of Foreign Airlines; Liam Lonergan, Managing Director, Club Travel (last year’s award winner); and Ronan Flood, Managing Director, Belgrave Group; are: Blue Insurances, BookaBed, and CarTrawler.
The three finalists will now complete a questionnaire prepared by Grant Thornton and their responses scored, according to a prepared points basis, by the three judges. These scores will be independently and confidentially combined by Grant Thornton and the winner announced at the awards event in the Burlington Hotel.
