Fun at First AJV Dublin Roadshow in Two Years

Last night’s AJV (Atlantic Joint Venture) Dublin Roadshow with Air Canada, Lufthansa group and United Airlines was a resounding success. There was a great turnout of agents, eager to learn more updates for 2022 from the partner airline.

The event was held at the Mayson Hotel on Dublin’s North Wall Quay and it provided a great backdrop for welcoming back the Dublin region travel agents to this formerly annual event. It finished off the series of April and May AJV roadshows which took place in Belfast, Cork and Limerick.

Following some socialising, food and a few drinks, the AJV team gave a series of updates from Martina Coogan of United Airlines, Blaithin O’Donnell of Air Canada and Helen Fyfe of the Lufthansa Group of Airlines. The message was clear the Atlantic Joint Venture carriers have a great flight schedule to North America this summer with the return of pre-Covid routes, extra new routes, and Eurowings Discover’s new technology innovations to assist travel agents and passengers and enhanced product offerings.

The rest of the AJV team of Bernadette Goldsmith from Air Canada and  Aoife Gregg, Massimo Larini and Brian Hughes from United Airlines were also on hand to keep the proceedings running smoothly and it was nice to see some familiar faces too like Edel Redmond from Dublin Airport and Carol Anne O’Neill of Worldchoice.
