RCI Launches Outdoor Advertising Campaign

In the lead-up to summer, Royal Caribbean International is launching a new marketing campaign featuring a selection of European sailings to ensure summer cruise sales are top-of-mind for agents looking to direct clients to high value-for-money holidays. The new ‘Don’t Wait, book now’ campaign launched yesterday, 2nd April, featuring great value deals with strong, simple pricing and is backed by Royal Caribbean’s first ever outdoor consumer advertising in Ireland.

To drive bookings, Royal Caribbean is supporting the campaign with advertising on billboards throughout Dublin that carry the ‘Don’t Wait, book now’ message alongside images of the iconic ‘FlowRider’ surf simulator enjoyed on many Royal Caribbean ships. 30-second radio advertising slots are also driving the ‘Don’t Wait, book now’ message across the capital’s airwaves.

Cruise itineraries featured within the new ‘Don’t Wait, book now’ campaign include seven-night Western Mediterranean cruises onboard Adventure of the Seas from just €399 per person, with the sailing taking in destinations throughout Spain and Italy (cruise-only price based on two adults sharing an inside stateroom in May).

Jo Rzymowska, Associate Vice President and General Manager, UK and Ireland, Royal Caribbean International, said: “The arrival of the spring sunshine has everyone thinking about where to go for their summer holiday. We have introduced some great offers combined with fantastic cruise itineraries to make summer 2012 sales plain sailing for agents.”

Agents will be able to obtain enhanced information on the ‘Don’t Wait, book now’ campaign at cruisingpower.ie – the dedicated trade website for agents. All offers apply to selected sailings and European departure ports. For full terms and conditions, and more information on the new ‘Don’t Wait, book now’ campaign, visit the website.
