The Operations Team is the primary point of contact for clients before travel and while they are on holiday and, as such, a high level of customer service and efficiency is required from the team. The role involves handling all clients’ queries on existing bookings and is very hands on, with both customers and suppliers.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a busy office environment is required, and previous experience within the travel industry is an advantage.
