New Air France Cabins Take Off to Los Angeles and Washington DC

Air France has introduced its new Best & Beyond Business Class cabins and the fully renovated seats in Premium Economy and Economy on flights to Los Angeles and Washington DC.

These destinations will be served with the new cabins up to seven times a week throughout the 2015 summer season, making the new long-haul cabins available to 16 destinations around the world.

In June 2014, Air France unveiled the first B777 equipped with its new long-haul cabin classes. One year later, customer satisfaction ratings have significantly increased, giving rise to a 28 point increase in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) that asks how likely customers are to recommend the service to friends and family. This, along with Air France’s recent success as ‘World’s Most Improved Airline’ at the 2015 Skytrax Awards, confirms its continual progress in meeting its customers’ needs and expectations.
