Viva Voyage holds a UK Civil Aviation Authority ATOL licence, number T10105, and is listed as a member of the UK Travel Trust Association, number U7242, with a trading name of Ebookers Cruises.
Viva Voyage was founded in December 2005 by President and Chief Executive Geoff Silvers, who was previously Director of eMarketing at Chicago-based online travel agency Orbitz Worldwide from 2000 to 2004.
The company’s website says: “Vivavoyage.ie is owned and operated by Viva Voyage Limited (‘Viva Voyage’). Our company number is 06392458 and our registered address is Viva Voyage Limited, Carter Backer Winter, Enterprise House 21 Buckle Street, London, E1 8NN. Registered agent in Ireland is Anne Dolan & Co, Solicitors, 8 Leicester Avenue, Rathgar, Dublin 6.”
It also states: ”Viva Voyage guarantees that it can match any cruise line’s price that is available directly to the public at the time of booking. Any offers that clients have received must be verified by Viva Voyage in order to match the offer price. This guarantee only applies to new reservations and does not apply to group rates or rates that are not available to the general public direct from the cruise line.”
